What is the difference between a Regular Account and a Sahulat Account?
A Regular Account operates under the applicable standard PMEX account framework. A Sahulat Account is intended for eligible resident Pakistani individuals and operates under a simplified framework with specific limits and restrictions. Eligibility, documentation and trading conditions differ. Contact Titan Capital for guidance on the requirements currently in force.
Who can open a PMEX trading account?
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility, identity-verification and other requirements applicable to their account type. Sahulat Accounts are intended for eligible resident Pakistani individuals. Eligibility for other account types is determined under the applicable rules and onboarding requirements.
Which documents are required?
You will generally need valid identification, contact information and bank-account details. Additional information and verification may be required depending on the account type and your circumstances. The applicable checklist will be provided during onboarding.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Funding requirements depend on the applicable contract, margin requirements, fees and account restrictions. Titan Capital will communicate the relevant requirements before you begin trading. Do not assume that one minimum deposit applies to every contract or account.
How do I deposit funds?
Follow the official funding instructions for your PMEX trading account. Deposits must use permitted funding methods and satisfy the applicable account and bank-verification requirements. Never transfer funds to an employee's personal account.
Can I withdraw my funds?
Withdrawals are subject to the applicable PMEX procedures, settlement requirements, outstanding positions, margin obligations and verification checks. Follow the official withdrawal process associated with your account.
Can I start trading as soon as I submit my details?
No. An enquiry alone does not activate a trading account. You must complete the applicable onboarding, verification, approval and account-activation steps before trading.
Does Titan Capital guarantee trading profits?
No. Commodity futures trading involves market risk and the possibility of financial loss. Neither Titan Capital nor any other broker can guarantee trading profits.
